EPIC Hearing Plan

1. Call EPIC at 1 (866)-956-5400 or visit epichearing.com to request an appointment. Reference hearing plan name: California State Employees Association (CSEA).
2. Have your eligibility validated, discuss details, learn about providers in your area and schedule an appointment.
3. Go to your hearing exam and consultation and talk with your provider about your hearing aid options and needs. 
4. Receive hearing aids at your fitting appointment and schedule additional follow-up appointments as needed.
